I want to go for all types of pampering but being an idiot with very little knowledge of what is what in the world of spa treatments I have decided to research the various treatments on offer.
The first interesting treatment I discovered on offer was the salt glow also known as a salt scrub or sea salt scrub: seems to be a popular treatment for exfoliating your skin. In the process, your outmost dead skin cells, which make the skin look dull, are removed. Because the salt used is combined with rich oils and other secret creative ingredients that a spa can choose to use, your skin will be left hydrated, giving it an instant glow. The treatment is followed by an application of fragrant lotion that leaves your skin looking and smelling alluring.
As a natural healer using salt for all kinds of ailments is not new to me, when you have had an operation, or given natural birth or you have insect bites, bathing in salt cures the areas faster than your normal cleansing would. Please do not stop using the prescribed disinfectants or ointments, just add this to your healing ritual and you will be very happy with the results. You will also notice fewer infections when adding salt to your regime after an operation or natural birth.
